A returns request can be made 7 days after the delivery date. UK customers will receive a returns label via the returns portal at the below link.
The item(s) must then be returned within 7 days of receiving this for a full refund. Please note that a £3.50 returns cost will be deducted from your refund.
If the request is made after the 7 day period or the item(s) are sent back late, an exchange request can instead be processed provided that it falls within the 14-day period. Please note that anything sent to us outside of this time frame may be sent back to you.

An exchange request can be made 14 days after the delivery date.
To do so, include the size the item was originally purchased in and the size that you would like to exchange it for. If you would prefer to exchange it for an alternative item, include the name of this item and the size that you would require it in.
Please note that you may only make a request to exchange for an alternative item once. After this, you may not make another request for a refund or another item swap but you may request an exchange for a different size of this swapped item.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, you will instead receive electronic store credit via email. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if the item(s) are returned in their original state, including tags, labels and packaging.
All items will be inspected upon return. DLTA STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges on item(s) not returned in the required state.
This includes any signs of wear and/or damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that items are sent back successfully and within the specified time frame. We urge customers to use a trusted postal service and retain the proof of postage for records.
DLTA STUDIOS does not cover returns shipping costs and is not responsible for any failed or missing deliveries. We will not be liable to offer any exchanges or refunds in the event that this does happen. Once processed and accepted, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
All items purchased during sale seasons are final and cannot be refunded. They may only be exchanged for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. These requests must be made within a 7-day period after the item has been delivered.
All items are inspected for quality before being delivered to all customers. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please include all details of this within the request form. The customer care team will then be in touch regarding the next steps.
Please note that such items will still need to be preserved in its original state, including tags, labels and packaging. DLTA studios reserves the right to deny refunds of faulty items if this is not adhered to.
