Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, a returns request can be made on the below form within 14 days from the order delivery date. Once the request has been approved, the item must be sent back to the provided address within 7 days.
If the request is made after the 14-day period or the item(s) are sent back late, the refund will be processed via store credit or an exchange for another item, provided that this falls within a 28-day period. Please note that anything sent to us outside of this time frame may be sent back to you.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure that it meets return eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns and/or exchanges on item(s) not returned in their original state, including tags, labels and packaging. If approved, a refund will be initiated and may take up to 10 working days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please note that it is your responsibility to cover the costs of your return unless you have received a wrong or faulty item.
Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and would prefer to exchange it for another size or item, an exchange request can be made on the below form within 14 days from the order delivery date. Please include the size the item was originally purchased in and the size that you would like to exchange it for. If you would prefer to exchange it for an alternative item, include the name of this item and the size that you would require it in.

Faulty Items
All items undergo a quality control assessment before being dispatched to customers. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please include all details of this within the returns request form. The customer care team will then be in touch regarding the next steps.
Please note that such items will still need to be preserved in their original state, including tags, labels and packaging. We reserve the right to reject refunds of faulty items if this is not adhered to.
Sale Items
All items purchased during sale seasons are final and cannot be refunded. They may only be exchanged for a different size of the same item or another item. These requests must be made within a 7 day period after the item has been delivered.
